“The Shakers” is a nice and easy TV series. Inspired by the 60’s, the action takes place in a retro stylized Hong Kong.

But behind this glossy picture, things are more complicated. Some super-heroes are too old, some others can't adapt to the post-modern times... And adventure is not enough: a hero also needs money !

The Shakers is a hidden group of these last heroes who are still trying to protect the city, but who are losing their souls and their hopes. Independent, they sometimes live their own adventures, and are not really a team. They only stay together because they are lonely and lost.
